Love The ResultsThis shampoo and it's corresponding conditioner is great. Results are noticeable softness but no oily feel, leaving hair in perfect condition for styling products that tend to make my hair dry and a bit frizzy. I happened to find the last two containers in a special section of haircare products in my large grocery store. I hope it will be stocked again.

TerribleI bought this 2 weeks ago. First time I used it I noticed that I didn’t get (what I thought) all product out of my hair. I washed my hair again but it didn’t work. I had to go in the shower and wash my hair 3 times (1 time with this shampoo, 2nd and 3rd time with another shampoo) to try to get the greasiness out but it didn’t work. My hair at the top of my head felt greasy and I couldn’t (and still can’t) get it out of my hair. I have tried to use many different schampoos after that one first wash but nothing helps. My hair looks disgusting and I’m feeling ashamed of my hair even though I just got out of the shower and dried it. It doesn’t feel clean at all. The picture shows my hair 2 hours after wash with another L’Oréal schampoo(that I used before this and that I did like) that can’t get away with the greasiness that this new schampoo caused.
