Check the expiration date of the condom before using it. 
To help prevent any risk of sexually transmitted disease or pregnancy, put the condom on the erect sex before any contact between the penis and the partner's body. 
Push the condom on one end of the envelope before tearing it. 
Carefully open the condom packaging using the notch specially provided for this purpose. Take care not to tear the condom with your nails, a ring, etc ...
Pinch the reservoir between your thumb and forefinger and unroll the condom on the erect penis. The process should be easy, otherwise you are going the wrong way.
The condom should be rolled out as far as possible over the penis. Be sure to allow only the airless tank to protrude. 
In case of insufficient lubrication, you can use a lubricant provided that it is compatible with condoms. Do not use oily lubricants such as petroleum jelly, body lotions ...
