The ACTIPOCHE thermal cushion provides rapid relief from Pains through its hot (terhmotherapy) or cold (cyrotherapy) action.
Indications
Hot use: muscular contractures, back pain, torticollis, lumbago, menstrual Pains.
Cold use: sprains, strains, blows and haematomas, headaches or toothaches.

Easy to use, the ACTIPOCHE cushion can be prepared without its cover:
In a bain-marie (recommended) or microwave for hot use.
In the fridge or freezer for cold use.
Then insert the cushion in its cover.
After each use, store the ACTIPOCHE cushion in the plastic pouch supplied in the case, and keep it at room temperature away from light.
