For the quickest and easiest preparation :

Dilute 1 sachet of powder (60 g) in 80 to 100 ml of cold or lukewarm Water, depending on the desired consistency and temperature.
You can also dilute the powder with a vegetable drink.

If ERGYSPORT CREM' is taken before sport, it is best to consume it 1? hours before exercise to allow it to digest properly.

For on-the-go preparation or to change the breakfast format, we've tested recipes that add foods such as eggs or bananas to vary breakfasts or to carry a pre- or post-workout snack with you at all times.

Recipe for about 6 pancakes :
Supplementary ingredients: 1/2 banana, 1 egg.
Mix everything together and pan-fry over a medium heat to retain the nutritional qualities.

Recipe for about 6 muffins:
Supplementary ingredients: 1/2 banana, 1 egg, 1/2 sachet yeast.
Mix everything together and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Recipe for about ten balls (depending on size):
Supplementary ingredients: 50 ml water, 6 tablespoons rolled oats.
Mix everything together, shape into balls and cover with rolled oats or almond/hazelnut powder to prevent sticking. Set aside in a cool place.
