How to use it
Adults and children aged 12+: 1 to 2 spray(s) in each nostril, 3 to 4 times a day.
Children 6 to 12: 1 to 2 spray(s) in each nostril, 2 times a day maximum.
Do not use the product more than one month after opening.
Compositions & ingredients

Due to the nature of the product, a slight tingling sensation may be experienced during or shortly after application. Pregnant or nursing women should not use this product without medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use the product for more than 30 days; if symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Do not use in case of intolerance to the product. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients such as chitosan. Do not use Humer Decongestant after the expiry date (mentioned on the packaging).
