How to use it
Take 11.5 g a day (two measuring spoons), divided into one or two doses, to be dissolved in a large glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). Using a shaker optimises the dissolution of the powder. Separating the two doses is beneficial for complete assimilation of the active ingredients. This jar allows you to make 26 daily portions. 3-month programme recommended.
