Symbiosys Defencia Children is a dietary supplement for children aged 3 and over, containing the bacterial strains Bifidobacterium lactis BS01 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, as well as vitamin D3, which contributes to the normal functioning of children's immune systems.
These bacterial strains are protected from gastric acidity by a micro-encapsulation process.
Because they are on the QPS (Qualified Presumptium of Safety) list, the bacterial species in Symbiosys Defenecia Children are recognised as safe by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Flavour-free and allergen-free, Symbiosys Defencia Children contains none of the allergens listed in current regulations (EU1169/2011): wheat, rye, barley, oats, kamut and their hybrid strains and derivatives, crustaceans and derivatives, eggs and derivatives, fish and derivatives, peanuts and derivatives, soya and derivatives, milk and dairy products (including lactose), nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds and derivatives, lupin, molluscs and derivatives, and sulphur dioxide at concentrations greater than 10 mg/kg or 10 ml/l expressed as SO2.
