Phytostandard Desmodium is made from fresh plants (frozen after harvesting) whose origin is traceable. It is manufactured in France, from the patented extraction process through to capsule filling, ensuring product traceability from production through to distribution. Certified Organic, Desmodium Phytostandard guarantees that at least 95% of its ingredients are ORGANIC.
Each plant can contain up to 250 compounds in its cells. Together, these compounds form the plant's total.
Not all plant extracts are created equal: the extraction process is key to preserving all the plant compounds. PhytoPrevent Food Supplements are extracted using a method which allows the maximum amount of the plant's compounds to be restored. Desmodium leaves are frozen after harvesting to preserve their compounds. The leaves are then ground and extracted using the patented Phytostandard process, renowned for preserving the integrity of the plant's compounds. The Desmodium extract obtained is alcohol-free. It is then freeze-dried, i.e. dehydrated cold, before being placed in a vegetarian capsule.
