How to use it
How to use Deva Emotion Sleep herbal tea?
Prepare your infusion by steeping one tea bag in 250 ml of water at 60–70°C. Allow to infuse for 5–10 minutes to release the full aroma. Enjoy up to 3 cups daily, ideally in the late afternoon or evening.
Tip: For the best relaxing effect, savour it slowly during a quiet moment, away from screens.
