How to use Dietaroma Nocta+ Melatonin?
Take 2 tablets daily, preferably in the evening before bedtime, with a glass of water. For best results, follow a 20-day course. Ideal for promoting restful sleep.
Store out of reach of children and away from light. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ingredients: Calcium citrate; aerial parts extract of Eschscholtzia californica; seed extract of Griffonia simplicifolia; root extract of Valeriana officinalis; sunflower oil; melatonin.
Nutritional analysis per 2 tablets:
Eschscholtzia: 200 mg (equivalent to 200 mg of dried plant*)
Griffonia: 200 mg (equivalent to 800 mg of dried plant*) – including L-5-HTP: 60 mg
Valerian: 200 mg (equivalent to 800 mg of dried plant*)
Melatonin: 1.80 mg
*Dried Plant Equivalent.
