Dietaroma sprays are synergistically formulated, combining a plant, a bud and an essential oil. This spray contains lime blossom bud, mandarin essential oil, eschscholtzia and melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and improve sleep quality.
Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. Melatonin helps to reduce the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of the trip and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
