How to use it
How to use Difrax cooling breastfeeding pads?
Open the sachet and remove the protective film without touching the moistened side. Gently apply the pad to the nipple. Remove the pad before each feed and place it, wet side up, on a clean surface. Then wash the nipple with lukewarm water and pat dry.
For extra cooling, briefly place an unopened sachet in the fridge. Do not use the pads on deep cracks or bleeding wounds. If you experience a burning sensation or bleeding, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
