Rated 3 out of 5 by MummaB from Digital screen unreadable We loved this product and used it in our babies nursery and during his bath time. However 7 months in and the screen has developed what we thought was condensation. Within a few days it's faded and now is very hard to read. It's such a shame as there were a lot of other room and bath thermometers that were cheaper so we would've expected the Philips avent to have lasted. Really disappointed that we will have to replace this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by LittleW from Needs improvement [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design and quality seemed very good when I had taken it out of its box. The first two times we used it were excellent. It tells me the temperature of the bath what it’s supposed to do and my son loved playing with it in the bath. However, on the third occasion We used it we noticed that the display button was steamed up and was impossible to read the temperature on the display. It seems perhaps some water is able to leak inside and that’s a shame.

It's subdued colour and pleasant appearance helps it to fit in anywhere in your home. In the babies bedroom it sits safely and securely on the chest of drawers. It's lovely texture helps it to grip to the surface which stops it from sliding off. It's easy to read and easy to set up, which definitely helps with the not so tech savy users. It's easy to transport from room to room without any difficulty. It bath temperature floating functionality is amazing and I'm guessing will be a little bit of an added enjoyment when the baby grows up. It's brilliant to have a product that adapts from taking room temperature to taking water temperature rather than having to use two different thermometers. Would absolutely recommend this to new parents as well as people with older children.

I keep this in my son's bedroom so I can make sure it's not getting too hot or cold when he has his naps, and then I can simply pop it in the bath to check its ok and he will happily play with it too. It's nice to have a product which is a neutral colour and not bright pink or bright blue with a garish design, so it fits in nicely with our nursery decor. It works well and I think the temperature is accurate. Overall, I'm very impressed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ffarru from Perfect temperature reading for the nursery! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this little helper for my little one. Especially during the early days when the last thing you want is your baby waking up due to feeling cold. The only downside is that it only shows temperature in celcius. Not sure how long the battery would work as there is no way out to fix another. Apart from that,a very helpful gadget for the nursery. Very quick in showing the temperature.

I found the temperature gauge was very accurate so it definitely help me relax when my son was in the bath as I knew the temperature was just right, and obviously it was good in his bedroom at night too. I would definitely recommend!
