Food Supplements based on melatonin and plant extracts: valerian, passionflower and Californian poppy. It is distinguished by its double-layer tablet formulation, which dissolves in two stages:
- in one layer 1.9mg of fast-dissolving melatonin (< 10 minutes)* to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.**
- in a second layer, a combination of plants, including valerian, which dissolves more slowly (2 to 4 hours)* to help maintain normal quality sleep.

* Test measuring the disintegration time of the bilayer tablet carried out in a 37° solution
**The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1mg of melatonin before bedtime.

How to use it
