How to use it
Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoonful of honey, left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.
Diffusion into the air.
Inhalation : 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water. Dry inhalation : 1 to 2 drops on a handkerchief.
In the Bath: 20 drops diluted in a bath base.
Dilute 100 drops in 100ml of Plant oils.
Pure, 1 to 2 drops.
