How to use it

La Surdouée dry oil
Shake well before use. Massage into damp skin on the stomach, breasts and thighs after showering to boost the penetration of the oil and enhance the action of the active ingredients. A small amount of oil is enough. Use morning and evening during pregnancy and up to 4 months after giving birth.

To maximise the penetration of the oil and make the most of its benefits, massage your skin beforehand with Ma Bonne Fée's Konjac Sponge for the Body. By ridding the skin of its dead cells, the sponge helps to improve the efficiency of the Skincare product applied.

We recommend taking 2 capsules a day for 2 months.
For effective stretch mark prevention, take La Surdouée Nutricosmétique supplements from the 1st month of pregnancy and up to 4 months after giving birth. Take a break every 2 months for at least 2 weeks.
