How to use Kosmeo Organic Bach Flower Stress Relief?
Take 2 drops 4 times a day, directly under the tongue for rapid absorption. Space the intake throughout the day (morning, midday, afternoon, evening).
Recommended course: a minimum of 1 month, which can be repeated as needed. Suitable for use alongside other treatments. Store the bottle away from heat and moisture.
