ELLANSÉ M (polycaprolactone-based filler) is an injectable implant, indicated for the lasting correction of wrinkles and signs or consequences of cutaneous ageing and injected subcutaneously. ELLANSÉ uses the body's natural response to encapsulate microspheres and stimulate the formation of connective tissue. Given the high biocompatibility of the microspheres, the connective tissue (which replaces the supporting gel) generally grows within a few months. Over time, skin imperfections or depressions are filled with autologous connective tissue. Thanks to its unique physical properties, the bioresorbability of PCL-based microspheres is predictable, controlled and adjustable.

Composition: ELLANSÉ M is supplied in a single-use plastic syringe containing sterile product, fitted with a Luer-Lock connector. Each box contains 2 syringes, individually bagged. Patient record labels are attached to each bag. Four 27G needles are also supplied.
Storage: ELLANSÉ M must be used before the expiry date printed on the pack. Store at room temperature (between 15°C and 25°C) protected from light. Do not freeze. It is not necessary to refrigerate the product.
UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS Physicians should inform patients of the possible occurrence of adverse reactions associated with the implantation of this device, which may occur immediately after implantation or at a later date.
WARNING Check the integrity of the syringe before use. Check the expiry date on the product label. Do not use needles or syringes other than those supplied by the manufacturer. Do not re-use. Do not resterilise. Reuse of the product involves risks (e.g. cross-contamination) for your patient. After use, the needle should be disposed of in an appropriate container.

How to use it
STORAGE Store at room temperature (between 15°C and 25°C), protected from light. Do not freeze. It is not necessary to refrigerate the product.
Removal Used or partially used syringes and needles must be considered as potentially contaminated medical waste. They must be handled and disposed of in accordance with the institution's medical practices and the local regulations in force.
Please note that injecting ELLANSÉ M requires a medical procedure which can only be carried out by a doctor (doctor specialising in Dermo aesthetics, dermatologist, plastic surgeon).
