How to use it
How to use Eolesens fine lavender essential oil?
For internal use: take 1 to 2 drops, 1 to 2 times a day, diluted in honey or olive oil, or on a neutral tablet. For external use: dilute in a vegetable oil for sensitive skin or massage onto the temples, nape of the neck or wrists.
For diffusion: add a few drops to a diffuser for a calming atmosphere. Not recommended for pregnant women during the first trimester or babies under 3 months.

There are no contraindications when used at the recommended physiological doses. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the stated daily dose.
