ERGYCAPIL is a synergy of amino acids and Nutrients to provide strength, resistance and vitality to hair and nails.
Zinc contributes to the normal synthesis of Proteins, including Keratin, and helps maintain normal hair and nails. Keratin, the main component of the skin, is synthesised from amino acids such as cysteine and methionine. The action is completed by vitamin B6, which plays a part in the normal synthesis of cysteine.
Vitamin B8 helps keep hair healthy. It is combined with vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormonal activity. Hair remains shiny and strong.
Iron helps reduce fatigue. Manganese and Vitamin C help protect cells against oxidative stress.

How to use it

ERGYCAPIL may be recommended to strengthen dull, weakened hair with a tendency to fall out, and to fortify streaky, brittle nails.
Take 3 capsules a day with a large glass of water (150 ml).
Recommended for 3 months, several times a year, in particular at the change of season, during temporary tiredness and post-pregnancy (excluding Milk feeding).
