Capsule: fish gelatin , Colouring: iron oxide.

Precautions for use
Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of Children and away from moisture. Storage: on receipt, store the product preferably at +4°C.
Not recommended if taking anticoagulants (turmeric), during pregnancy or milk feeding (bamboo) or for children under 18 (turmeric). Medical advice recommended if taking medication or suffering from liver disease (turmeric). Do not use in cases of gallstones, gastric or duodenal ulcers (harpagophytum).
How to use it
2 to 3 capsules a day with a meal, as advised by your health professional.
