Do not expose to sunlight between 12pm and 4pm. Reapply every 2 hours.
Apply generously to the Body 20 minutes before exposure to the Sun. Reapply every hour and after each Bath.
Can also be used 2 weeks before exposure to prevent sun intolerance.
