How to use it
Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal.

Ingredients : Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate (sulphites) and magnesium glycerophosphate); Anti-caking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose; Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, tricalcium phosphates, dicalcium phosphates; Magnesium salts of fatty acids; Bulking agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Taurine; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); Vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
Do not take Mag2 24H Extra Strength in case of severe renal insufficiency or allergy to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place, away from light and humidity and at a temperature below 25°C.
