Facial-Flex Facial Flex + Box

Usage tips :

You have to open the mouth very wide (+/- 3 cm) then place the Facial-Flex® between the corners of the lips. It is necessary to push with the corners of the lips against the very resistance of the apparatus, while contracting the greatest number of facial muscles possible. The contraction should be maintained 1 to 2 seconds. Then you have to release and start again. 
The goal is an exercise session of +/- two minutes or 120 contractions. 

Attack treatment
This lasts for +/- two minutes twice a day for two to four months. 
For optimal results, regular use of Facial-Flex® during this time is strongly recommended. 

Tips
Facial-Flex® allows facial gymnastics without wrinkles. 
You have to face an ice cream and do the following three things at the same time: 
- Keep your mouth open (+/- 3 cm) for the duration of the exercise, to put the muscles and tissues in tension ; 
- Tuck your lips a little around the teeth, to avoid making fine lines; 
- Use your index fingers flat on the face on both sides of the mouth, to stretch the skin upwards and outwards and erase any wrinkles. 

Elastics are essential for the operation of Facial-Flex®.They serve as resistance in the middle of the apparatus.

They come in three levels: No. 1 standard (170 g) - supplied with Facial-Flex®, No. 2 strong (225 g) and No. 3 extra-strong (400 g). 
The speed of progression depends on the age, physical shape and needs of each.
