How to use it
2 tablets a day, preferably in the morning and 1 capsule at your preferred time, to be swallowed with a large glass of Water.

SOFT CAPSULES: Fish oil, Humectant: Glycerol, Antioxidants: Rosemary extract and mixed tocopherols.
