A dietary supplement made with Yam, Soya, Hops, Marine Calcium, essential oils and organic seaweed. Yam is traditionally used to help women cope with the signs of the menopause such as hot flushes, sweating, nervousness and irritability. Hops are traditionally used to help calm irritability, and soya to naturally improve oestrogen deficiency. Clary Sage, Star Anise and Rosemary Verbenone essential oils are traditionally used to regulate oestrogen function.

How to use it
Pre-menopause - 1 capsule 2 times a day (morning and evening before meals) Menopause - 1 to 2 capsules 2 times a day (morning and evening before meals)

Ingredients for 4 capsules : Soya bean extract - Glycine max (480 mg or 3.84 g EPS) with isoflavones (48 mg); Fossilised oyster shell - Ostrea edulis (414 mg); Hop cone extract - Humulus lupulus (200 mg or 1.6 g EPS); Yam root extract - Dioscorea villosa (120 mg or 12.96 g EPS) with diosgenin (19.2 mg); Sea Lettuce* - Ulva rigida (21.2mg); HECT of flowering tops of Clary Sage - Salvia sclarea (120 mg) / flowering tops of Rosemary verbenone - Rosmarinus officinalis CT verbenone (60 mg) / seeds of Star Anise - Illicium verum (40 mg); Anti-caking agents : magnesium stearate / Silicium dioxide.
