Aboca ORL Pediatric Fitonasal is a natural, effective solution for gently clearing and protecting children’s nasal passages, even from the earliest age. This medical device works delicately to relieve congestion caused by colds, allergies or sinusitis, without irritating sensitive mucous membranes.
Dual decongestant and protective action
Formulated with the TANNISAL complex (tannins + rock salt), this nasal spray delivers a two-fold benefit: it clears blocked nasal passages through balanced osmotic action while creating a protective barrier over the mucous membrane. Unlike conventional decongestants, it doesn’t dry or irritate, making it safe for frequent, long-term use. The continuous spray removes mucus and allergens (including pollen, viruses and bacteria), making it ideal for infants unable to blow their noses.

How to use it
How to use Aboca ORL Pediatric Fitonasal nasal spray?
Use at least twice daily (morning and evening) or as needed. For babies aged 6–12 months: lay your baby on their side, insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray. Turn your baby to the other side and repeat for the second nostril. For children over 1 year: spray directly into each nostril, then gently blow their nose.
After each use, clean the nozzle with a damp cloth and allow it to dry. Ideal for gently decongesting and protecting nasal passages.
Compositions & ingredients

This product contains no preservatives. Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. For nasal use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Warning – Pressurised container: may burst if exposed to heat. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, or any other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Keep out of direct sunlight.
