Our intestinal flora (also called gut microbiota) is made up of billions of bacteria essential for the defense of our body, most of them have a beneficial action on the digestive system. Among these bacteria are lactic ferments.
Greenfidus is a dietary supplement containing three strains of lactic ferments: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
To help these lactic ferments to fulfill their role effectively it is better to provide them with a nutritional support favorable to their development, it is called a prebiotic.
Greenfidus contains a natural prebiotic taken from Agave, the inulin.
