With age and multiple stresses, eyes get tired. To relieve this visual fatigue and maintain normal vision, the Omegas Vision complex combines several active ingredients that have a beneficial effect on vision: Omegas 3, carotenoids, Vitamins and zinc.
Omegas 3 (EPA and DHA) are polyunsaturated fatty acids known as "essential" because they are essential for the body to function properly, as it cannot produce them itself. They must therefore be provided in the diet. DHA, vitamin B2 and zinc are known to help maintain normal vision.

How to use it
1 capsule a day, to be taken with a large glass of Water at breakfast. For best results, we recommend you follow a programme lasting 1 to 2 months.

Ingredients for 1 capsule: Omegavie® fish oil, source of EPA and DHA 500 mg, capsule tunic ( fish gelatin, glycerine), vitamin C, thickener: beeswax, Dunaliella salina seaweed extract rich in beta-carotene, tagetes extract rich in lutein, tomato extract rich in lycopene, natural vitamin E, zinc oxide, vitamin B2.
It is preferable to avoid combining with other food Supplements containing zinc. Food Supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet. Keep out of reach of Children. Follow recommended doses. Not recommended for pregnant or Milk feeding women. Not recommended for Children under 15. Keep away from heat.
Blue Berry ™ provides Vitamin A and Zinc that help improve eye function and maintain good vision . Blue Berry ™ also contains natural Lutein (extracted from the Rose of India flower), a yellow pigment that is naturally found in the macula of the eye (the part responsible for the central vision) as well as an extract of Blueberry that helps protect the retina and the lens of oxidation .
