How to use it
Take 2 tablets a day with a large glass of Water. The tablets are scored to improve dosing. We recommend a programme of at least one month, repeated several times a year as required.

Ingredients for 2 tablets: Magnesium citrate, calcium carbonate, cinchona bark extract (Cinchona pubescens) (South American origin) 250 mg or 1000 EPS*, magnesium oxide, maize starch, rice flour, bulking agent: acacia gum, vitamins B12, D3, B6, B1.
