How to use it
For the first four weeks, take 1 tablet at breakfast and 1 tablet at dinner with a large glass of Water. For the following weeks, take 1 tablet at dinner. For the following weeks, take 1 tablet a day with dinner, and as the tablet is scored, it can be cut in half to improve dosing.
