Ingredients: Bulking agents: dextrose, maltodextrin; 3 billion (150 mg) guaranteed microbiotic strains: Lactobacillus planatrum CECT7484, Lactobacillus plantarum CECT7485 and Pediococcus acidilactici CECT7483 ), raspberry flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (nano), vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 10μg, sweeteners: sucralose, saccharin sodium.

How to use it

Melt 1 stick of orodispersible powder in the mouth once a day.
Take quickly with no water, at the time of a meal (e.g. breakfast) for at least 3 weeks.
A 6-week programme is recommended.
As an option, dilute the contents of the stick in a glass of warm or cold water/ food (plain yoghurt, plain cottage cheese etc.).
