How to use it
PHASE 1: With a large glass of Water, take 2 white capsules and 2 green capsules a day FOR 5 DAYS, preferably in the morning with breakfast. PHASE 2: Take 1 white capsule and 1 green capsule, DURING THE FOLLOWING 5 DAYS, preferably in the morning with breakfast. When travelling, start taking the capsules 2 days beforehand.
