How to use it
Place a dab of Gel on a cotton pad. Apply to the closed eye. Leave on for a few seconds, then stretch towards the temples without rubbing. Can be used without cotton wool.

My go to Eye Make Up RemoverIt certainly does not aggravate the skin around my eyes which is sensitive. I have tried most eye make up removers but they are too harsh for me. It doesn’t remove all the mascara though, at least not straight away, but I love this product regardless.

No worries with PalpebralAfter a long day of wearing make up and looking at this thing and the next thing, this remover goes on easily and is just so soothing for my tired eyes and pleasurable to use. It goes on without any irritation but I am not so sure how it would fair with strong water proof mascara. I will definitely buy again.
