How to use it
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tea bags per day. One sachet is sufficient to prepare a herbal tea. Pour boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag, leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, cover the cup to prevent the dispersion of the more volatile substances with a balsamic action.
