Fennel: supports the production of breast milk and helps the well-being of the breast during breastfeeding. 
Iron (Lipofer®, patented active): optimal source microencapsulated for a better bioavailability (no side effect and no interaction with other active ingredients), helps reduce fatigue. 
Lipofer® is a trademark of Lubrizol Corporation. 
Vitamin C: Increases iron absorption and helps reduce fatigue.
