Granions Conception for Men and Women is a targeted nutritional programme designed to support couples planning for a baby. This pair of food supplements has been carefully formulated to promote both male and female fertility by providing essential nutrients that contribute to normal reproductive function, in line with current health guidelines.
A balanced formulation for both partners
This comprehensive programme combines scientifically supported ingredients: DHA (omega-3), vitamin B9 (folate), zinc and selenium. Vitamin B9 supports maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and contributes to normal cell division. For men, the high-dose L-carnitine (3 g) combined with zinc helps maintain normal sperm production, supporting reproductive function. Selenium enhances this combination by helping to protect cells – including gametes – from oxidative stress caused by free radicals.
Nutritional support with cellular protection
The women’s formula includes vitamin C and vitamin E, which help protect cells from oxidative damage. For men, the 800 mg of DHA – sourced from carefully selected fish oils or microalgae – supports the body’s physiological needs. How to use it
How to use Granions Conceptio supplements?
For women: Take 1 capsule at breakfast and 1 capsule at dinner, with a glass of water. This supplement is intended to be taken as part of a 6-month course, starting as soon as you begin planning for pregnancy.
For men: Take 1 sachet in the morning (dissolve in water) and 3 capsules in the evening before meals. Follow the same 6-month duration.
Tip: Combine this routine with a balanced diet to optimise results.
