How to use it
How to use Granions Iodine ampoules?
Take one ampoule daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or midday, away from meals. Dilute in half a glass of water or fruit juice to aid absorption. A 3-week course is recommended for optimal results.
Store the ampoules away from light and heat to maintain their effectiveness.
