How to use the Hartmann Veroval wrist blood pressure monitor?
Position the cuff on the centre of your bare wrist, about 1 cm from the base of your hand, ensuring it is not too tight over the bones. Sit in a quiet place with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. Always use the same wrist for consistent results.
Never remove the cuff from the device. For greater accuracy, take measurements at the same time each day, before eating or physical activity.
