How to use it
To enjoy hot: Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste, in simmering hot water (90°). Repeat 3 times during the day. To enjoy cold: Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes in simmering hot water, then cool. Repeat 3 times during the day. Consume within 8 hours. Best stored in the fridge for optimal enjoyment.
