Quantity per daily dose (2 capsules) Ashwagandha root powder 761 mg Ashwagandha root extract 360 mg Total Whitanolides 4.03 mg Ascophyllum thallus powder *of which iodine 57,6 mg 31 µg Ginger rhizome powder 12 mg Spirulina powder 9 mg Important : Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light. Keep out of reach of young children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to seek advice from a health professional before taking any supplements. Not recommended for people suffering from thyroid disorders, or for people on anticoagulant therapy.
