How to use it

Place the hot water bottle in the microwave for 2 minutes (< 1000 Watts) ou 60 secondes (> 1000 Watts) to heat it up.
Make sure that the hot water bottle is not too hot before using it. If you wish to reheat the hot water bottle, wait until it returns to its initial temperature. Place a glass of water on the tray next to your hot water bottle for ease of use.

This hot water bottle can also be used as a cold compress by placing the inner hot water bottle in a plastic bag in the freezer.
