Description
Essential oils of Gaultheria, Eucalyptus, Juniper, Lavender, Peppermint and Rosemary are melted together with the remedial qualities found in Arnica, Chilli pepper, Meadowsweet and Sesame vegetable oils to help prevent and relieve muscular tension and sensitive joints, and to improve suppleness and flexibility. Ideal for both the professional and casual sports person.

Before effort: rub vigorously before warming up in order to 'warm up' the muscle and obtain better muscular response, then do warm up exercises to avoid the risk of pulling a muscle. - After exertion: massage deeply, to relax and detoxify the muscles and to limit stiffness. - In case of pain: massage painful area. You can massage yourself alone, or better, get massaged by somone else if it is possible.
