How to use it
How to use Arkopharma’s Organic Linalol Thyme Essential Oil?
Suitable for those aged 12 and over. Always dilute in a carrier such as honey, sugar or a vegetable oil before swallowing. Adults: take 2 drops, 3 times a day. For ages 12–15: take 2 drops, twice a day.
Tip: for topical use, mix 1 drop with a small amount of neutral cream before applying to the skin.
