How to use it
How to use Hydratis effervescent tablets?
Dissolve 1 tablet in 250 ml of water, morning and evening or throughout the day. Do not exceed 5 tablets per day. Suitable for adults and children aged 3 and over (adjust dosage according to age). Perfect for an energy boost or improved concentration.
