Hydrofta contains beta-carotene. Studies have shown that high-dose (greater than 20 mg / day) consumption of beta-carotene can be detrimental to the health of smokers. The beta-carotene dosage of Hydrofta is much lower than this dose.
Hydrofta is a dietary supplement and can not substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
One capsule per day, to be taken with a glass of water, preferably during meals.
