How to use it

Take preferably in the morning on an 8-day flash program:

- for children from 3 years: 1 phial per day
- for adults: 2 phials per day

How to open the bottle:

- Screw in without clockwise until the plastic ring breaks.
- Remove the plastic ring.
- Continue to screw the cap as far as possible until it touches the bottle. The vitamins and active enzymes protected in the stopper will be released in the liquid phase.
- Shake the bottle vigorously to homogenize the powder and the liquid.
