How to use Pharma Nord Influ-zinc lozenges?
Suck 1 to 6 lozenges daily, as needed. For best absorption, take between meals. Adjust the dose according to your needs – start with 1 lozenge and increase if necessary. Sugar-free, these lozenges are also suitable for diabetics.

Why take Influ-Zinc Pharma Nord lozenges? Influ-Zinc Pharma Nord lozenges are formulated to act locally and immediately on the throat and upper respiratory tract. They contain highly bioavailable organic zinc (gluconate) and natural vitamin C (acerola extract). Unlike tablets that are swallowed, sucking the lozenge releases zinc ions directly in the throat, where they can help inhibit the replication of cold viruses on the infected mucous membranes.
Why should they be sucked rather than swallowed? The effectiveness of zinc against respiratory viral infections relies on direct contact with the infected area (the pharynx). By sucking the lozenge slowly, you create a local "zinc bath" that coats the throat and tonsils. Swallowing the tablet directly would send the zinc straight to the stomach, losing this immediate topical antiviral action.
