Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Drink 1.5 to 2 litres of Water a day.
3 measuring spoons of Mouliné de Vegetables du potager = 30 g (quantity will vary depending on how full your spoon is) = 1 portion of Proteins
Pour 3 measuring spoons (about 30 g) of loose powder into a small bowl. Measure out 200 ml of hot Water, which you gradually pour over the powder, stirring with a whisk.
We advise you to follow these instructions to get the best results from your mouliné. Adjust the amount of liquid according to the desired texture.
