How to use it
For 10 crêpes:
Put 50g of savoury pancake mix (4 tablespoons) in a bowl and mix with 100ml of plant-based drink and 1 tablespoon of cider Vinegar (or Lemon juice), until you have a smooth, creamy batter. In a hot frying pan, with a drizzle of olive oil, place half the batter and turn the pan to help spread the batter to the desired thickness. Leave to cook for about 2 minutes over a medium-low heat, or until the base is loose and golden. Turn and cook for a further 1 minute. Transfer to a plate, repeat the process for the second crepe and serve/fill with toppings to taste.
